The hotel was extremely convenient with cooperative employees on shift. The location was unbeatable, not far from new cairo and settlements, downtown, the airport, and City Star Malls and shopping mall. Furthermore, close to everything.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff very friendly, but I was not told that the pool is being renovated and is a construction site. The Italian restaurant was great as well as the bar in the hall and the Testa Rossa outside.
The food in the main restaurant was bad...the Arabic buffet was everything with the same taste and lukewarm, even worse was the Asian buffet where the food was even cold, so for such a hotel really bad and I was not late for dinner...

The location is ideal for exploring. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The amenities are great, including a nice pool area. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable.
